JOE DAVIES

Joe’s been involved in the exhibition industry his whole adult life - he started in graphic production and installation, working with large format printing and vinyl lettering over 25 years ago. After that he was involved in staffing stands, managing sales personnel for events - so he knows precisely what will engage the public and what won’t.
Learning from the bottom up, Joe’s had a taste of every aspect of booth production over the years, from loading the vans to laying the platforms on site, obviously graphics, rigging, lighting, AV - you name it.
Nowadays, in his more organisational role, he enjoys being involved in the whole process right from start to finish - finding satisfaction in supporting clients right the way through the exhibiting process. From taking the initial customer brief, nurturing and helping the design concept evolve, organising the production + manufacture of the stand and eventually project managing its construction on site.
Joe has always been passionate about travel, so working all over the world is a dream job for him. However his favourite part of the job is “standing back at the end with a coffee and a happy client, admiring our work!”
In his spare time, Joe is a proud family man, keen runner and enjoys a sideline in grilling a mean German sausage. Best to ask him about that one.

We hired Minerva Exhibitions to design and build our booth for one of our largest shows in Munich last November. This is the first time we had used a company for a bespoke booth so were a little apprehensive but Joe and the team made the whole experience stress-free.
